“ We came to this winery through word of mouth from our Airbnb, Tide and Vine. So we had to come. Hugh was our wine specialist. He described each wine perfectly. It was a great time wine tasting. Unfortunately, the wine can not get shipped to our home in California, so we had to suffice with buying 4 bottles only. Since we were there, we decided to have lunch. The little restaurant was very European, they had an old fashioned pizza oven that created that old world, yet still modern feel. I had to try the artichoke hearts which were delicious, must have a meat and cheese board and white bean soup. My husband had the Tuna which was similar to sashimi. Over all it was a great experience, great staff. ”

The staff were attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed two bottles of wine during our meal and loved them so much that we purchased them at retail price to take home. Highly recommend their Merlot—it’s exceptional! The entrees were perfectly prepared and hit the spot, and I was thrilled to find gluten-free pasta on the menu that I could enjoy without compromise. Chef Saad was not only talented but also incredibly friendly, adding a personal touch that made the evening even more memorable. A big shoutout to our server (I wish I could remember her name!)—she was amazing, always ensuring our glasses were full and making us feel genuinely welcomed. “ Absolutely amazing lunch. We were staying at Riverbend Inn just 2 minutes away and decided to pop in for lunch—what a fantastic decision. The view was stunning, the food even better, and the wine tied it all together beautifully. The pasta and chicken were both delicious, but the real star? The chocolate tart—to die for. Highly recommend if you’re in the area. Great spot for a relaxed yet elevated meal with a view. ”
“ Went on a rainy day so we did not do the vineyard tour. However, the vineyard looked beautiful. The focaccia is a definite must. We also tried the rigatoni and enjoyed it. The prices are a bit high for what you get but it was a nice meal. Overall, we had a nice lunch before heading back to Toronto. ”
“ What a surprising gem! Italian food and wine at its best! We had the focaccia, meatballs (amazingly simple delicious), burrata with magical pears, chicken with a fantastic sauce! Who knew chicken can taste so good ! We bought their unoaked Chardonnay and Merlot, perfect for spring summer . Our sever lana was extremely attentive, friendly and accommodating. Will be coming back! ”
“ Best experience for us when visiting vineyards in Niagara, period. We have been to many but this is the restaurant that always meets and exceeds our expectations. It’s more expensive but definitely worth it, much better than some of the restaurants in downtown Toronto charging the same. Highly recommend! ”
